Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Bulk, pallet, and container orders may require additional processing and coordination; our team will confirm timelines after your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, including to Haiti and across the Caribbean. International delivery times vary by destination, customs, and shipping method. Customers and distributors are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise agreed.

Bulk, Pallet & Container Orders

For wholesale freight, pallet, and container (FCL/LCL) shipments, our team will arrange logistics and provide shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) and estimated transit times directly. Please see our Wholesale / Distributor Program.
